Monday's Menu
Man...have I blown it today. I must say it's all my sister and a friend's fault for cooking wonderful desserts for a luncheon today. My sister invited me over with some other friends and two of her fellow professors from the community college she teaches at in Lufkin, TX. We had a great time...I just ate too many sweets!
On the menu:
B: red beans w/ a little rice (leftovers from popeye's)
S: protein coffee
L: meatless lasagna, 2 spears of asparagus and one piece of broccoli
dessert at lunch: tiny sliver cheesecake, little sliver of sour cream poundcake, and tiny sliver of lemon custard pie. I know this had lot of protein, because cream cheese and eggs are in cheesecake, sour cream and eggs in poundcake, and condensed MILK and eggs in the lemon pie!
S: trail mix
D: pig in blanket
S: protein coffee
vitamins: done
liquids: suck right now, only 72 oz., but will down 32 oz. more
protein: 90+
exercise: 130 sit ups and arm wt. workout...ran out of time this morning

WOW Karla I have to say what a beautiful avatar you have! You look awesome! I think I am coming down with a cold but hopefully it will not become full blown! How long is your spring break for? We had one in Feb from the 16-26th and another April 6-15th but are still in school now!

Hi all. I've been running around all day since 9 a.m. I'm soooo tired!!!! I've been doing good today getting back on track (so far). Here's what I had today:
B- 1 egg scrambled w/RF cheese, 3 slices bacon, 1 banana waffle
S- strawberry protein shake 32g
L- 1/2 turkey n cheese sub, 1 med banana
D- 3 oz. baked parmesan chicken, some salad w/LF casear drsg
I may have some yogurt before i go to bed if I'm hungry.
Exercise: 40 mins. BodyCombat, 1 hr. w/trainer
Vitamins: done
Fluids: 112 oz. so far...

I'm getting back on track this time too... for good. I did have some slip ups... (was doing great) But my dad had surgery today and we had a scare... so of course I grabbed something not so healthy for dinner.....

My plans were to get back on track today but it didn't happened. I had a stressful day! I started having chest pains early this morning so I went to the ER. They said it was stress!
Anywho, here's my menu...
B~ Nothing.
L~ 1/2 a turkey sammy with lettuce and lite mayo, 2 bites of fruit coctail.. hospital food
S~ I stuck my finger in some Chocolate pudding twice
D~ 1/2 chicken breast, 4 asparagus spears and few bites of rice.. more hospital food
S~ 1/2 NSA banana nut muffin
Vitamins, fluids and exercise.. NOT!
