Whatcha eatin on Sunday?
Hope everyone had a great weekend. I was busy all weekend, so this is my day to chill. I didn't eat too much this weekend, ate a few bad things, but didn't overdo it too much. Tomorrow is a true day of gettin back on track for me! I'm gonna start writing in my journal and really being accountable. Aside from being the same weight for the past 2 months, I really wanna be in control and I certainly haven't been. Here's what I had today:
Brunch: 3 slices bacon, light n fit yogurt, 1/2 lite bagel w/RF cream cheese
S: myoplex RTD shake 25g protein, some popcorn a lil later
D: 1 c. spaghetti, 1/4 slice bread/butter, 1 sm. italian sausage
Sure I'll have something later. I'll try to keep it healthy

Hey April, I'm super late but I'm use to posting so I'm here to share what I ate today.
I had a great weekend in sc. now i'm home. I have snacked all weekend so tomorrow I'm getting back on track too. I haven't did fitday in a few weeks and that's how I keep up!
B~ 1 egg scrambled with cheese, 1 strip of bacon, 1/2 sausage pattie and 1/4 c. grits
S~ Small pack of hot peanuts
L~ "Pure protein" protein bar
D~ Jr. bacon cheese burger from JITB.. ate only the top bun
Fluids, vitamins and exercise .. bad, bad and bad!
