Whatcha eatin on Thursday, people!!!!
Hey everyone. Hope everyone's day has gone well. I slept all day! I was so busy at work last night. I was exhausted when I was driving home, and I'm never exhausted when driving home! But anyway....here's what's on my menu:
1/2 ham n cheese sandwich, some salad w/RF feta cheese, lite balsamic vinagrette
1/2 c. cottage cheese, peaches fruit cup, 2 saltines
Light n fit yogurt
Protein coffee using AnyWhey unflavored...it really has no taste!
1 brownie protein bite...bought these from VitaminShoppe...they taste pretty good!
For dinner: 3 oz. lemon herb chicken breast, 1/4c. rice n beans, 1/4c. green beans
I packed sliced cucumbers for snack tonight
Exercise: running around at work!
Vitamins: need B12 and calcium
Fluids: 36 oz. so far

I was in Houston at my support group last night and didn't get home until late, so I didn't post what I ate yesterday. I really didn't eat much, but my dinner was the pits. I was starving because I visited a friend in the hospital in Houston before going to my group. On the way home I went thru a Popeyes Chicken and got a chicken strip. It was my 3rd chicken strip since surgery. I figured...tried then 2 other times and they clogged my pipes up immediately. Maybe it'll be better this time. WRONG!!! I hope I learned my lesson. First, I scarfed down a whole biscuit! Carb city...then, 1 strip very slowly, chewing well. Didn't work. Puked it up once home. Will I ever learn?
I had meetings all day today. Sick of meetings...glad it's spring break after tomorrow.
On the menu:
B: beans/little rice, 1/4 protein bar
S: protein coffee
L: lima beans and Tijuana Pie
S: peanut butter
D: 1 enchirito and 1/2 Pintos and cheese from Taco Bell

I don't even know why I choose to shame myself by telling yall what I ate today. I snacked ALL DAY LONG! Now my stomach feels bad but I deserve it!
I went to the zoo with my daughters class for their field trip.
Here's the damage..
B~ Carb/sugar control yogart
S~ 1/4 c. "diet trail mix" I found at walmart.. sunflower seeds, cashews, almonds and raisins. it's so good
S~ Half a pack of 100 calorie oreo's.. my mom ate the rest on the bus
L~ hamburger with mustard. I ate only half the bottom bun. & few ruffles
S~ 100 calorie pack of oreo's
s~ 1/4 c. diet trail mix
D~ 2/3 of healthy choice french bread pizza
S~ 1/4 c. NSA chocolate ice cream
WOW!!!!! That's crazy. I ate all day. The only good thing is that the zoo is 4 miles and we walked the entire thing then went back and half of it.

I'd just like to add the cucumber slices and drsg, 3/4 of a large banana, and then......I had a small pack of pretzels!!!!!!!! Damn me! The deed is done now. I'll probably run for a bit on the treadmill tomorrow to make up. I mean, it's really not that bad but I was trying to stay away from the dang pretzels just to test my self control.
I'm not hungry....I'm thirsty!!!!
