Whatcha eatin on Wednesday?
Hi ladies (and any male lukers). It's 12 noon here, so I'm posting early because of course I have to work tonight. I'm soooo tired! I didnt' sleep til late last night and didn't sleep well, then had to wake up at 5:15 a.m.. I'm gonna eat lunch then take a nap! Here's my menu:
Pre-Workout: strawberry shake 32g protein
B- turkey sausage, light n fit yogurt, 1/2 slice wheat toast w/lite butter&SF preserves
L-2 turkey wings w/BBQ sauce, 1/4 c. rice n beans, 1/4 c. green beans
D- I'll have 1/2 ham n cheese sammy and cucumbers n drsg on the road to work
S- I packed RF cheese and light n fit yogurt
Exercise: 1 hr. BodyCombat...my muscles hurt!
Vitamins: none...take em b4 i leave for work
Fluids: 44 oz. so far...

B~ Grilled pork chop (2.5 oz)
L~ Thinly sliced turkey, 1 slice of 2% cheese and 4 saltine crackers
S~ Few peices of beef jerky
D~ Taco salad.. lettuce, ground beef, black beans, onions, sour cream and 5 baked tostitoes (sp)
S~ Protein hot chocolate
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: 2 mile walk w/ my mom
Fluids: 42 oz so far...
