I have a problem I am falling back into the snacking routine again. Any suggestions?? Please help. It seems like I am constantly thinking about eating or snacking. I am almost 14 months out and have lost a total of 125lbs. I am so afraid of gaining my weight back I still have a lot to lose. HELP!!!!!

Make sure you're getting in all your liquids and protein before you snack. Hopefully that will help keep the snacking to a minimum. Hugs, Anna

I eat 5 small meals a day, each snack is 150 calories or less. Try a protein shake or bar, yogurt, cottage cheese, cheese stick or fruit. I find if I eat 3 hours between meals I'm not hungry.

Like Carly said, eat 5 small meals a day so you stay full and don't want to snack. I usually eat 6 times a day and that helps control the snacking. Also drink plenty of fluids. I find it when i eat a more dense protein food, I also stay full longer. We all have snacking habits that are so hard to break. Hang in there. Find a routine that works for YOU! Kay
