Whatcha Eating on Tuesday?
It's been a LONG day of ARD meetings for me. One wasn't there for his because he's out looking for a full time job...he's a 9th Grader and only 15! Another one wasn't there because the cops came and hauled him to jail this morning. I love my job...I love my job...I love my job. Lord have mercy, what will happen to some of these kids someday!
On the menu:
B: crustless sausage/cheese quiche
S: protein coffee
L: lima beans and Tijuana Pie
S: protein coffee
D: steak and zucchini
S: ??
vitamins: done
liquids: 104 oz. so far
protein: 100+ grams
exercise: arm wt. workout, 100 sit ups and 20 minutes on bike

Quiche:
1- 8 oz. LF cheddar cheese, grated
2-8 oz. grated Monterey Jack w/ Jalapeno cheese (or plan MJ & add chopped pickled jalapenos)
1 lb. browned and drained sausage (hot or mild)...you can substitute 1 pkg. bacon bits it you like
4-6 eggs (depending on how eggy you like things...I don't like it too eggy)
Mix well...bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until set.
I cut it into 3" squares and freeze individual pieces in saran wrap and just grab one and heat it in the microwave.

I'm in sc visiting family and thought I'd take a second to check the board.
Here's my menu..
B~ 1 egg, 2 strips of bacon, 1/2 a english muffin w/ sf jam & about a 1/3 of the hash browns
L~ 1/2 an apple and small pack of hot peanuts.. was driving and didn't want to stop
D~ Grilled pork chop and small salad w/ lite ranch
S~ Protein hot chocolate
Vitamins: on track
Fluids: 52 oz so far..
Exercise: driving?!

I love my job....I say it everyday I gotta get ready for work! My day was crappy. Someone hit my car!!! I was at the gym, and when I came out....a big ass dent was in the side. Oh, the injustice!! So I spent the rest of the day filling out a police report (it was a hit n run...I wasn't in the car), and filling out an incident report at the gym. The quest for justice prevails! Here's what I had:
B- 1 scrambled egg w/cheese, 4 slices of very thin bacon, 1/2 bagel w/lite cream cheese
L- salad w/turk. pepperoni, ham, cucumbers, RF cheese, lite catalina drsg
D- some curry beef, 1/4 c. rice...white rice just doesn't like me! I also had some salad
S- 4 cookies, 1 small slice of choc. cake over 3 hours
Exercise: 1 hr. w/ trainer
Vitamins: done
Fluids: not enough....not enough I know
