Hi everyone! JB and I are leaving on Friday this week after he sees the dentist and gets his stitches out from the dental surgery that he had last week. We have NO plans except we are headed south and somewhere warm...because we are driving, we can stop where ever we want if the notion takes us. Im already packing things..small kettle, protein powders, nuts, raisins, peanut butter, cheese crackers, skim milk powder, protein bars, Matrix Hot Chocolate (23 grams of protein) for my morning breakfast each day and before bed at night if my protein total is lacking. Ive got Nectar protein mixes too...and I am ready to eat in restaurants....we will return in about 17 days. Now I have to rip thru my closet to find some SUMMERY clothes...most everything I have is TOO BIG! But Im not complaining at all...I am SO looking forward to this trip because this is the lowest that my weight has been in the last fifteen years! Im ready to WALK, shop and stroll. Last year at this time, I sat in the car while JB walked around the various places.....this time I can walk too! and without my cane!!!!
