Whatcha eatin on Monday!
It feels like a Friday to me!!! I can't help it. I guess when you work a job that's open 24/7, your days are all messed up. So anyway my little saying, "I'm not hungry, I'm thirsty" actually worked for me overnight at wor****rtainly didn't overdo it on the carbs like I usually would. I need to keep it up! I'm cooking dinner right now, but I'm going to kickboxing before I eat...if I don't get swept up in the wind! Here's what I had:
1 c. chili w/ RF cheese, 4 saltines
Pure Protein bar
Light n Fit yogurt, some FF chips, sm. hanful pretzels
a few mandarin oranges when I woke up this afternoon and 10 oz. protein coffee
turkey wings, some green beans and rice for dinner
Exercise: 1 hr. kickboxing @ 7:30p
Vitamins: need calcium
Fluids: 46 oz. so far...

L: sloppy Joe guts and Russell Stover's SF protein bar

D: buffalo chicken strip and lima beans

liquids: 104 oz.
protein: 100+ grams
exercise: 20 minutes on bike

Hi April
I've had a pretty busy day today. I'm going out of town tomorrow so I stayed busy packing, cleaning, laundry and working. Now I'm ready to go to bed!
We ate out a lot this weekend so my lunch and dinner was leftovers. I said all weekend that I was get back on track today! I lied! My eating is bad!!!!
B~ carb/sugar control yogart
S~ Small pack of hot peanuts
L~ 2 hotwings and 1 fried chicken finger
s~ 5 tortilla chips dipped in salsa
D~ 1 bbq pork rib, 1 hot wing and 1/4 of a baked potato with lite sour cream
S~ 1/2 a small SF banana nut muffin
Vitmins: on track
Exercise: 1 mile walk and running around
Fluids: bad!
