Whatcha eatin on Sunday?
HI all. I'm on my way out to work, but just wanted to post real fast before I headed out. Where is everyone??!!??!!
12 a.m.: 2 pcs. crab rangoon, Healthy Choice meal....sooo good!!!
4 a.m.: 1/2 c. cottage cheese, 1/2 c. sliced strawberries
6:45 a.m.: protein hot chocolate
Dinner: 1 c. turkey chili
I'll probably have a SF pudding if I get hungry tonight.

I've been at Sunday School, church, and then my sister's house. My dad came in and ate lunch with us today and visited. We didn't get home until after 5:00 p.m.
Didn't eat really well today...dang temptations at my sister's house.
On the menu:
B: leftover mexican casserole
S: protein coffee
L: grilled shrimp, stone crab claws, little butter, baked sweet potato, & 2 chocolate chip cookies + 1/2 deviled egg. I also swiped a few little bites of cookie dough!

D: baked buffalo pork chop strips and beans
vitamins: done
liquids: 88 oz.
protein: 85+ grams
exercise: digging up dirt/busting up bricks in a planter box at my sister's house, 20 minutes on bike, arm wt. workout, and 100 sit ups

Hiya April and Karla I've been out all day spending time with my friend before she goes back to sc in the morning. My eating is HORRIBLE and tomorrow I'm getting back on track!! My eating went from not wanting anything to wanting to eat everything.
B~ 1 egg w/ cheese, 1/4 c. cornbeef hash, 2 bites of grits and 1/2 slice toast
L~ 1 pork rib, 2 hot wings and 1/3 of a baked potato
S~ 3 bites of strawberry cheesecake
S~ 5 M&M's at the movies
D~ 1 pork bbq rib, 2 hot wings and 1/3 of a baked potato
S~ SF chocolate pudding with a scoop of protein added
Vitamins: only 1 multi
Exercise: lots of walking and shopping
Fluids: badddd!
