It's finally Friday! It's beautiful here....60 something degrees! I had the sunroof open and my window cracked. The only thing is that it's pretty windy here. Yesterday was my birthday....25!!! I'm a quarter. But I did good, eating wise...drank a little too much last night so was pretty dehydrated this morning. But I've been gulping water ever since! I'm going out again tonight, so I won't drink so much tonight. I didn't get any birthday cake, so I'm definitely getting some tonight. Anyway....just wanted to post my menu...here goes: B- 1 egg scrambled w/cheese, 3 slices bacon, 1 slice cinnamon toast L- 2 buffalo strips, some salad D- don't know...going to Bob Evans for dinner. I'm eating a biscuit!!! That'll be the equivalent to my birthday cake! Exercise: 45 mins of Body Combat Vitamins: done Fluids: 70 oz. so far.... April

Happy Birthday Dear April...gosh, I remember way back when I turned 25. It was a while back! Have fun celebrating. My son is on his way home from an out of town baseball game. I have to go pick him up and then we're going to my nephews game about 20 minutes away. Ben has another game in Jasper tomorrow at 1:30 so we'll go then. On the menu: B: crustless sausage/ cheese quiche S: protein coffee L: 100 calorie pack wheat thins and chicken salad S: protein coffee & Russell Stover's SF protein bar D: not sure...going to ball game. vitamins: done liquid: 104 oz. so far, more to go protein: 80+ dinner protein exercise: 20 minutes on bike, arm wt. workout and 100 sit ups Karla

Happy Birthday, April I had a good day. I got up at 4:00 am to go see The Steve Harvy Morning show taped here live then came home to nap. We are going out clubbing in a couple hours so I'm getting ready to hop in the shower and get dressed. The weather is nice here too. Enjoy the rest of your weekend! Ok, on to food..
