Whatcha eatin on Thursday?
Today went by fast. Just got home not long ago and unloaded groceries. My son had a baseball tournament today and came in earlier than usual these days. He's doing his homework right now and will cook us a steak in a little while. Not my best eating day again. Gotta get back on track.
On the menu:
B: trail mix
S: protein coffee
L: 100 calorie pack wheat thins, chicken salad, 100 calorie pack oreo thins
S: few bites of cheesecake
D: split peas and steak
S: protein coffee or cottage cheese
vitamins: done
liquid: 104 oz.
protein: 95 or so grams
exercise: 20 minutes on bike, arm wt. workout, 100 sit ups

I need to get back on track with my eating too! Everyday I same I'm gonna do better but I don't. The good thing is that my weight is staying at 196 and not going up.
Here's what I've had..
B~ Nothing
L~ 1/2 a 1/2 turkey club sammy & a bowl of chicken tortilla soup.. ordered tortilla strips on the side so I only had a few of them.
S~ 2 SF cookies
D~ Other 1/2 of my sammy & 2 hot wings w/ lite ranch
S~ Protein hot chocolate
Protein: only 77
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: none
Fluids: 52 oz so far
