I Can Be Such a Klutz Sometimes

I took a really bad fall last night. I had ordered a pair of shoes that I wanted to bring on my cruise. They were really cute black leather peek toe and just a really low wedge heel. Well I tried them on and tried to walk and my left ankle twisted and over I went. Lucily the garage door was in my way, but down I went. I feel like I got hit by a truck and I really hurt my right knee. Luckily I have a whole bottle of Vicaden that I got when I had my lumpectomy. They have been my friend the past 24 hours. Good news is, nothng is broken and i don't think I sprained anything - no swelling anywhere. Just sore all over and my knee really hurts. I feel like the clock just turned back 9 months. It is hard to walk and I hate that. So I guess I need to take it easy the next couple of days.

Ronna, Boy, my mom always said you had to suffer to be beautiful, but you really took it to extremes!!. Those darn "big girl" shoes kill my back & hip, but I wear them anyway. Please take it easy & wear flats for awhile longer. Kathy

Better today but I do have a bruise under my right knee and a big black and blue mark on my upper right arm
