Watcha Eating on Wednesday?
Hi Ladies I don't see this posted so I'll do it!!
Straight to the point.. Food! I have had a weird eating day. For the past few days, I haven't had a big apitite.
B~ 4 strips of turkey bacon and 1/2 a banana
S~ Protein hot chocolate
L~ 1 meatball, 1 big chicken finger and 1 hot wing
S~ Protein shake
D~ 3 hot wings
Vitamins: done
Exercise: 2 mile walk
Fluids: 44 oz so f ar...

Hey Kay. I'm soooo tired!!! I worked overnight, took a lil nap and then went to the gym. I ended up taking a nap at my parents house for a while and now I'm home. Here's what I had:
12 a.m.- 3 oz. lemon herb chicken, 1/4 c. broccoli, 1/4 c. broccoli rice
4 a.m.- 1/2 c. cottage cheese, 1/2 c. sliced strawberries, some tortilla chips
6:30 a.m.- PowerBar Trail Mix bar
4 p.m.- 1/2 MorSo's protein bite, some chicken n greens and okra n tomatoes
Dinner(real dinner)- 6 battered shrimp, some salad, some dry Special K w/berries while dinner was cooking
Exercise: 1 hr. w/trainer
Vitamins: need calcium and B12
Fluids: 70 so far...

It's Thursday and I'm just getting to post...had Bunco last night w/ my friends and didn't get home until late and was tired. Ate too much good stuff there and it showed this morning...but it was good.
B: 1/2 Chicken Cordon Bleu
S: protein coffee
L: Chicken Spectacular
S: trail mix and protein coffee
D: Some dips and chips (guacamole, queso), 1/2 of one quarter of chicken quesadilla, 1/2 beef enchilada, 1 Tbsp. rice, 2 Tbsp. beans, a whole cookie w/ frosting, 2 pieces of choc/toffee chips...high in calories and fat...but darn good
vitamins: done
liquid: 112 oz.
protein: 90 or so
exercise: walk from baseball field to house
