Jersey, so glad to hear he is doing well! I just remembered after reading your update, when Hanna had her tonsils out the doctor suggested a "surprise basket" I filled a big basket with toys and treats from the dollar store and everytime she finished a glass of something she got to pick a prize out. That REALLY helped because she did NOT want to drink after that surgery and it was really hard to keep her hydrated. If that happens to your son, try this! Good luck, and hope he's better soon!..

Well I'm glad to hear that it's over and that everyone is home in one piece. One thing that I really liked when I got my tonsillis out was a big week-long lolly pop, but I was 5. Is this something JerseyKid can handle? I remember me and my sister (we had this done together) sitting up in my parents bed licking at these lollipops. It was fun and took our minds off the pain.
