I can't believe it's Tuesday. I kept thinking it was Monday! Wow.... So, I did good all night at work....no snacking. It's hard...I wanted a cracker so bad just because I wanted it. I had a lot to drink, and that helped alot. I also brought enough good snacks so that I wasn't foraging for food. Anyway, here's what I had: 12 a.m.- salad w/turkey pepperoni, ham, RF cheese, FF italian, and 2 hot wings 3:30 a.m.- Cup-a-Soup Tomato soup, SF pudding 6:30 a.m.- some mixed nuts, Light n Fit smoothie 9 a.m.- strawberry protein shake woke up and was a little hungry so i had a few mandarin oranges 5:30 p.m.- 3 oz. lemon-herb chicken, 1/2 c. chicken n broccoli rice, 1/2 c. broccoli w/spray butter If I get hungry later I packed a SF pudding Exercise: none Vitamins: need calcium and B12 Fluids: 62 oz. so far...... April

Hey April. I stayed late and work. I'm going to go into my son's room and clean it while he's gone out of town to his baseball game. Lord only knows what I will find in there! I'll spend an hr. or so. I'm sure he'll be mad when he gets home, but he won't keep it clean, so maybe it'll teach him a lesson. On the menu: b: 1/2 of Jack in Box burrito S: protein coffee L: chicken spectacular S: coffee & trail mix D: chicken cordon bleu and lima beans S: cottage cheese w/ protein powder vitamins: done liquids: 103 oz. so far protein: 100 grams exercise: 100 sit ups, arm wt. workout, and 20 minutes on bike Karla

Hi April and Karla I'm feeling super blah lately. My eating is so off. I promised myself that tomorrow I'm getting back on track B~ 3 strips of turkey bacon S~ Small pack of hot peanuts L~ 1/4 c. taco seasoned ground beef w/ cheese, salsa and sour cream D~ Protein hot chocolate Exercise: 2 miles the first time and 1 mile the second time Vitamins: nope Fluids: 30 oz so far.. Hi April.... I had a stressful day but tried to be good with my food choices.... I had my protein coffee with 2 scoops protein=40gr I had 2 scrambled eggs with cheese I had chili from Wendy's a small one 17 gr protein but did not eat the entire thing.... I had pork chops, mashed pot and applesauce but not large helpings and I had 4 choc covered pretzels and a 50 cal wafer cookie I also had another protein coffee with 2 scoops of protein Does stress count as exercise? Vitamins: done and water done.... Hugs Chris
