Whatcha eatin Monday?
Hi all. Hope everyone's Monday was uneventful. Today was just a slow day for a Monday, but it was okay with me. I have got to get a hold of myself! I've gained 6 lbs. in the past 3 weeks. I've been eating all outta whack, and I wasn't working out for 2 weeks. Whenever I don't work out for a time, I eat horribly! So today, I'm taking it back to basics...gotta get a hold of myself. Anyway, here's what I had:
B- 1 egg scrambled w/ RF cheese, turkey sausage patty, 1/2 LF bagel w/RF cream cheese
S- strawberry protein shake
L- 1/2 ham n cheese sammy on wheat kaiser roll, 5 cucumber slices w/lite drsg
D- other 1/2 of sandwich, 4 strawberries
S- if I get hungry..probably will....I'll have some RF cheese
Exercise: 40 mins BodyCombat class, 1 hr. w/trainer
Vitamins: done
Fluids: 64 oz. so far.....

Hey April,
I had a lot of running around to do then came home to just chill... I'm praying my days get better than they have been.
B~ Protein shake
S~ Few pork rinds
L~ crab legs, broiled shrimp, 1/2 small red potato
S~ 1/2 a grapple.. an apple that taste like a grape
D~ 1/2 C. taco seasoned ground beef on lettuce with lite sour cream, cheese, salsa and 6 tortilla chips.
Protein: 84
Vitamins: on track
Fluids: 42 oz so far..
Exercise: nope
We sure did! What is everyone doing today?!
I usually add ice to let it get a little flat. I don't like the way it feels in my pouch when I first open it. It feels like I'm full of air. But I know some people DO drink regular soda...their doc says its fine. My doc says
but I let it go kinda flat, so it shouldn't be so bad. I'll confess when I see him Wednesday

Good evening ladies....I have been so busy getting stuff together for my vacation and making sure things are clean for leaving the girls home. I am sure it will be a mess when I get back...
Here is what I had today....
2 scrambled eggs with cheese
2 chicken bites bbq
1/2 of cheese off a slice of pizza and one small bread stick....
1 protein drink
1 handful of cereal cap n crunch I needed the crunch.
68 oz water...
No vitamins.

I never had time to post once April posted this...I was busy. Here's what I had yesterday:
B: grits w/ RF cheese and protein powder
S: protein coffee
L: 1/2 c chili w/ RF cheese and trail mix
S: 1/2 Choc. chip cookie
and protein coffee
D: 1 c lima beans & few bites of hamburger patty...hamburger didn't go down well, as usual
S: 4 bites of cheesecake...not my best eating day...was good, though!
vitamins: done
liquids: 96 oz.
protein: 95+ grams
exercise: 20 minutes on bike, arm wt. workout, 100 sit ups
