Whatcha eatin on Sunday???
I almost didn't post! I took a little nap and it lasted longer than expected. It was okay, thought because I really needed. I've been going through something the past few days and my eating has been CRAP IN A HOLE!!!! I just can't seem to make better choices....and it happens when I'm not home. Ahhhhh! I need to get myself back on track tomorrow. Putting myself on a Plateau Buster is a joke for me, so I'll just take it back to basics a bit. Here's what I had today:
B- 2 sausage links, 1 slice cinnamon toast w/lite butter
L- went to a buffet w/ Marcus' mom but couldn't really eat alot. I had bites of mostly protein though...that's good! And no desert!
D- 1 oven fried chicken drumstick, some mac n cheese, salad
Exercise: none
Fluids: 40 oz...I need to step it up a bit

My eating is not normal either. I'm also going through something and it's effecting my eating. Tomorrow I'm getting back on track! I know I'm not gonna be happy when I step on the scale tomorrow!
B~ Special K protein cereal, 1/2 banana and 4 oz ff cc
L~ Nothing
S~ Few tortila chips dipped in salsa and 2 sf girl scout cookies
D~ Snow crab legs, boiled shrimp and 1/2 a small red potato
S~ 1/2 pure protein bar
S~ 2 more sf girl scout cookies.. I'm happy they are gone!!
Vitamins: took 1/2 of them.
Fluids: 20 oz
Exercise:nope

I've been eating well this past week, but blew it Sunday. Oh well, it's fun and good once in a while.
B: protein coffee
L: cup of baked potato soup, few thin fried onions, few bites bread w/ honey butter, couple of steak en brochette
S: 3/4 1/2 slice of bridal shower cake (makes your SF cookies sound pretty mild!)
S: Starbucks SF decaf cinnamon dolce latte and I added protein powder
D: 2 steak en brochette, 2 bites of red beans/rice, few bites of trail mix...none of it went down well...just gave up
