Another update...

Julie, I know this was a different Dr. that you just seen. Have you thought about getting a Lawyer and suing the first one for messing you up so badly? I would at least confront him and tell him he can pay for the revision or see you in court. It truly sounds to me like he had no clue what he was doing..and you've gone back to him time and time again to have yourself checked out. He's had more than enough chances to fix the problem. I'm not a sue happy person..don't usually believe in it for most things...but this is absolutely one I would concider legit. Praying things work out, Anna

I agree with Anna about confronting your first doctor and perhaps it will get covered. Are you allowed to appeal the first denial or is it out right a no? Good thoughts and prayers coming your way... Hi Julie, I am so glad you found a doctor that diagnosed your situation can take care of you and that is willing to work with you financially. He sounds like a gem! Too bad your original surgeon doesn't foot the bill since he botched things up. I'd sue him myself but that's probably something you can only decide. In the meantime, don't give up and focus on getting through this hurdle. I hope things work out for you and the fundraiser is an excellent idea! Karen S.
