Whatcha eating this cold Saturday???
Hi all. It's freezing today! Geez! The wind is really getting on my nerves...alot. I've been in bed all day...lazy! I did manage to make it to an 8 a.m. STEP class, but then came home to take it back down! I've just been so tired. Last nightI let my emotions get the best of me, and snack town it was! The only bad thing I had was the Oreo cake. I ordered dinner that I didn't eat except the broccoli. Then when I got home.....snack town was full of activity. The good thing is that I made good choices...fruit, ham n cheese roll ups, cucumbers, tomato soup. Oh, I did have those 2 SF cookies. But I'm doing better today, so it's been okay today. Enough of me...here's my menu:
B- 2 eggs scrambled w/ ham n cheese
S- SF moccachino pudding...new from Jello!
L- 2 oven fried chicken drums, 1/2 c. mac n cheese, 1/2 c. peas n carrots
S- I'm gonna throw in a protein shake some where...
D- having a late dinner at a birthday party
Exercise: 1 hr. STEP class
Vitamins: done
Fluids: 52 oz. so far....

Hey April,
The weather here is good here too but as soon as the sun goes down, it's freezing and windy.
For the past few days, my eating has been crap! I'm just going through something right now and either I eat nothing or eat crap like I did today. Hopefully I can get on track tomorrow!
B~ Protein hot chocolate
S~ 2 peices of beef jerky
L~1/2 Adkins shake
S~100 calorie pack of doritos
D~2 bites of steak and picked the cheese and croutons out of a salad
S~3 SF girl scout cookies
Vitamins, fluids and exercise.. nope!
