Whatcha eatin on Friday?!
Hi all. It's been a slow day, but I like it like that! I'm a little on the downside today, but I'm not gonna turn to food!!! I am goin to happy hour today, but I'm limiting myself to 1 drink only. I figured I'd post before I go out. Here's my menu for today:
B- 2 oz. lite SPAM, light n fit yogurt, 1/2 lite bagel
S- strawberry protein shake
L- 2 chicken strips, 1/2 biscuit from Popeye's....could've made a better choice!
D- I'll either have something at happy hour or leftovers from dinner last night
Exercise: 1 hr. w/trainer
Vitamins: done
Fluids: 56 so far....

Hey April. Have fun tonight! Popeyes sounds good. I try to get a naked chicken strip and red beans/rice. It's great.
I'm doing laundry right now. Supposed to rain a lot tonight and tomorrow morning. Have to have my son at the school at 5:15 am for a baseball game. It's at 8:00 am 2 hrs away. I'm hoping due to the weather another mother and I can just hit their second game, which will be at 3:00 or 6:00 depending on whether they win or lose in the morning. I don't want to drive and then sit in the rain all day, especially when it's 2 hrs. from here.
On the menu:
B: protein coffee
L: tuna, SF Russell Stover's protein bar, 1/2 pure protein bar
S: small cottage cheese w/ SF jello and 2 handfuls of trail mix
D: Taco Bell steak taquito and pinto beans
S: ??? maybe protein coffee
vitamins: done
liquids: 104 oz. or so
protein: 100+ grams
exercise: 30 minutes on bike, arm wt. workout, 100 sit ups

Hey April. It's really late but I'm here. There's trouble in paradise with me and my partner so I'm super down. I haven't ate much today either. Usually it's the other way around.
Ok here it is..

D~1/2 of 1/2 a turkey sammy, 2 bites of clam chowder, 2 fried shrimp and picked at side salad
s~ a couple alchocol drinks
Vitamins, fluids and exercise.. bad
