It's Thursday already....whatcha eatin!
Hope everyone is enjoying the better weather. It ain't great, but sooo much better. I've been quite busy so far today. I went to the gym, got my car washed, did a little shopping, washed my hair. And a really good friend of mine had the LapBand done yesterday, so I've been visting and helping her out, too. Now I'm on my way to help a friend study for the nursing boards. I'm gonna well tonight! Here's what's on my menu....
B- 1 egg scrambled w/LF cheese, 1 banana waffle, 2 pcs. bacon
S- Strawberry protein shake
L- 1 c. of my dad's homemade chili....deeeeeelish!
D- I'm gonna make oven fried chicken, mac n cheese, and some peas n carrots
S- if I'm hungry later, I'll eat some cheese or cucumber slices
Exercise: 40 mins. STEP class, 1 hr. w/trainer
Vitamins: need B12 and calcium
Fluids: 54 so far.....

Glad you posted. My son was supposed to get home from an out of town baseball game at 8:30 or 9:00 tonight. He called at 4:45 and said we're leaving Brenham now. I said...your game was at 4:00. What happened. He said the Huntsville team never showed up. Yeah! guess we won. At least he'll get in before Ugly Betty and Grey's Anatomy comes on. I'm sure happy I didn't make the 2 hr. drive there to watch the game. I would have been upset.
April...your 1 hr. & 40 minutes of exercise is disgusting! Oh well, I'll have to settle for my 30 minutes a day. I don't have much more time to give up.
On the menu:

S: protein coffee & 1/4 c cottage cheese & sugar free jello
D: 1/2 c pinto beans & 1 chicken enchilada
S: cottage cheese
vitamins: done
liquid: 104 oz. so far, more to go

exercise: 20 minutes on bike, arm wt. workout, 100 sit ups

Ok April I have been bad at eating and at posting. Please forgive me.....
I have been very busy with getting my stuff together for vacation but that is no excuse....

cheese off 1 slice of pizza, 2 chicken pieces and 1/2 of a bread stick...
1 pk of yogos.....yougurt covered fruit snacks...these are so good!

74 oz other fluids
no exercise but went tanning....
no vitamins yet...

I did good today! I've been eating horribly the past few days and I feel like crap because I've been eating crap and haven't been to the gym. I stayed on track today! Just wanted to add 1 oz. cheese in between lunch and din. I was at the bookstore and wanted one of those big snickerdoodle cookies.....I was sooo tempted! I didn't though, I took out my cheese and started nibbling! It was so good too. Let's to another good day for everyone!

I've had a headache all day and haven't really ate anything. This has not been a good day for me. Hopefully tomorrow is better!
