Whatcha eat on Hump Day?
I worked, worked, worked today. At least I feel like I'm getting something accomplished. I have to go pick up my son from baseball practice and go work at basketball playoff game in the concession stand. I'm SO excited!! I would rather stay home and watch American Idol. I had to miss it last night for a baseball game from 5:00 to 9:15. I'm not budging for Grey's Anatomy tomorrow night. I know Meredith IS alive!!!!
On the menu:
B: crustless sausage quiche
S: protein coffee
L: roast beef & navy beans & SF Russell Stover's protein bar
S: protein coffee
D: crustless chicken cordon bleu
S: cottage cheese w/ true lime and splenda
vitamins: done
liquids: 88 oz. w/ more to go
protein: 105+ grams
exercise: arm wt. workout, 100 sit ups and 20 minutes on bike this morning.

2 pieces of bubble gum
a bunch of water - not sure how much
I do not know what we are having for dinner? I want to go out to eat, maybe Olive Garden. Although it is Wed and kids eat free at The Backyard Grill and chines sounds pretty good!

Hiya Ladies
The weather here is beautiful!! I wi**** would stay like this. I am so sick of the cold weather. I had a pretty slow day today. I stayed home, called customers and caught up on paperwork. Then washed 2 loads of clothes.
LNS: (last night snacking) 1 SF popsicle and 4 cheese cubes
Today's Menu..
B~ Protein hot chocolate
S~ Carb/sugar control yogart
L~ Lean Cuisine.. steak and broccoli
S~ SF popsicle & 3 peices of beef jerky
D~ Baked chicken leg, 1/4 c. pinto's & 1/4 c. steamed cabbage
S~ 1/2 protein shake.. finishing up what's left in the container.
Protein: 100
Vitamins: on track
Fluids: 72 oz so far..
Exercise: 1.5 mile walk
