where is everyone?? this board is dying a slow death :(

Hello Everyone!! It is a beautiful day here today supposed to get up into the 60's!! I started going back to the Y this week and today the scale actually moved again. Course by Monday weigh in I'll probably have gained it back..LOL But today I weigh 142!!! Come on everyone post SOMETHING!! Hugs, Anna

Hi Anna, Yes the board has been slow. Congrats on going back to the Y and the wonderful weigh in. I have a stomach bug for a few days. I just ate some soup & now feel nausea. Oh well, it'll pass. Hope everyone else is good. Carly

lol @ dying a slow death! It has been really slow today. I'm catching up on some things online for work and I've checked the board twice to see if it's moved any. Good for you for joining the Y again. I haven't walked since I moved last Monday so today I'm getting my lazy butt up and walk after lunch and do my walk away the lbs. dvd after dinner. It's so hard to get back in a routine once you have stopped. Anyway, I hope your having a good day. Congrats on the weight loss! Kay

Hi Kay, You're right it is hard to get motivated again to go exercise. The cold weather certainly didn't help. This week the weather has been nice and it has made me more willing to go outside and get moving again. Have a great day, Hugs, Anna

Good for you getting back to the Y. Sorry I haven't been around alot. I guess Job Hunting is taking alot of my online time. I have been checking in everyday but just not posting as much. I'll try and do better
