I addition to the links that Jen listed, I found great info at this site: http://pbcers.org/whatis.htm I'm at stage 0-1 right now. The odds are that I'll outlive the disease progression if the medication works for me. Otherwise I'm looking at a transplant in 7 to 40 years. RobinNJ
