I have to leave in a few minutes to go to my son's baseball game. I'm really glad it's in the 60's and not the 30's like last Thursday's game! On the menu for today: b: crustless sausage/cheese quiche s: protein coffee l: tuna on cheese s: protein coffee d: sloppy joe guts s: protein coffee d: protein bar s: cottage cheese w/ true lime & splenda Already ate through the sloppy joe...gonna drink my coffee at the game and eat the protein bar if I get hungry. Probably won't get home until 9:00 or after. I'll eat my cottage cheese then. vitamins: done liquids: 104 oz. protein: 105 grams or so exercise: 20 minutes on bike, 100 sit ups, arm wt. workout Karla

Good evening Karla It's late but I'm here to share! Today steph took the day off so we got a lot done around the apt. then ran some errands and went to a wls support group meeting. It's been a pretty decent day... I cant complain. LNS~ I'm doing better with this late night snacking issue of mine but still want to stop! Last night I had 2 tbsp. of peanut butter. Maybe if I keep confessing, I'll gain control Today's menu.. B~ 1/4 c. eggbeaters scrambled with ham and cheese L~ Protein shake D~ Baked chicken thigh, 1/4 c. steamed cabbage & 1/4 c. pinto's S~ Protein hot chocolate Protein: 88 Water: 82 oz so far.. Vitamins: on track Exercise: nope.. I'm gonna start walking again tomorrow G'Night, Kay

K Think about it is tbs of peanut butter bad ? noooooooooooooooooooo........ That is so healthy compared to what you could be eating....and it has protein.. I just finished a soft pretzel with jalapino chesse dip... I am bad you are not ........... Tori

Thanks Tori! No, it's not so bad but usually it's a lot more than that. a soft pretzel with jalapino cheese dip sounds great. That use to be my favorite treat at the mall. Kay

I found some in the freezer section of the store that have 9 protein's in them and I guess the cheese isn't bad just high in fat and sodium. Tori

Hey all. I'm at work and have been busy ever since I got here! The last 2 days were slow as hell, now it's a totally different story! Here's what I had: 12 a.m.: greek salad w/chicken, 4 french fries 3:30 a.m.- 2 graham crackers 6:30 a.m.- light n fit yogurt Dinner- Lean Cuisine chicken marsala Snack- we're having a Fat Tuesday celebration....I'll have something bad! Hiii!!!! I did sooo well all day and then the snacker overtook me at starbucks B- Shake L- Hambuger Patty and American Cheese S- Hamburger Patty and American Cheese D- Starbucks Tall Java Chip Light and Vanilla Cupcake S- NADA! lol Fluids: 64 oz Iced Tea, 32 Oz Water, 8 oz Milk Vitamins: Will Get To Them Exercise: Been at Jack from 9am- 7 pm! I'm exhausted!
