Whatcha eatin on Monday?!
Hi ladies (and the 1 or 2 gents). I worked overnight, so I slept slept slept all day! I was so tired, too. Just wanted to go ahead and share my menu today before I head back off to work. Here it goes:
12 a.m.- 1/2 of ham n cheese sammy, 5 cucumber slices w/drsg, 2 green bean fries
3:30 a.m.- of 1/2 of sandwich
7:30 a.m.- 1/2 c. diced pears, vanilla protein shake a bit later
Dinner- I'm having ground beef w/spaghetti sauce, some WW rotini noodles, salad
S- cottage cheese and strawberries
Vitamins: I'll take them before i head off to work
Fluids: I need some more!

Hey April. Today went by quickly. I ended up having a 2 hr. meeting w/ a 9th grader cussing and yelling in the meeting and trying to storm out. His mom blocked him from going out the door. I think he has a few problems! I started Plateau Buster's today. So far, so good. I already cooked supper, picked my son up from ball practice, and I go to a meeting at 7:00.
On the menu:
B: 1 piece sausage
S: protein coffee
L: tuna on cheese
S: protein coffee
D: sloppy joe guts
S: cottage cheese w/ true lime and splenda
vitamins: done
liquids: 104 oz. so far
protein: 90+ grams
exercise: 20 minutes on bike, 100 sit ups, and arm wt. workout.

Hello Ladies... It's been a nice warm day here.
B~a bowl of cheerios
S~ 1 cup pineapple
L~ 6 in. BMT on wheat..but I just ate the insides
S~ chocolate chip cookie
D~ broccoli w/cheese and beef (southbeach diet dinner) only ate the broccoli and a little of the beef
Liquids about 60 oz
Vitamins done

I have gotten back on track today... sloooowly getting the Carb Monkey off my back... he's got a tough grip!

Snack: If I need it- Peanut Butter and Apple Slices

Protein: 111 Grams (

Exercise: Walking around paying bills to Mervyns and Fashion Bug, Shopping lol

HI April, how's it going? Still cold in my neck of the woods....Supposed to jump up to 30 or so in next couple of days.One can only hope though right.
my menu for today was not bad

S~handful of cashews
L~Chili with cheese...
S~protein coffee
D~crab meat with melted butter...
No vitamins today...will do tomorrow
Exercise lots of shopping for the bathing suit but didn't buy one....

Good evening ladies
After running around all morning, I took minnie to the vet then came home to start laundry and worked on getting my bathrooms together. Other than that, I've had a pretty decent day!
Ok, on to food..
B~ Protein shake
L~ Grilled turkey patty w/ cheese, lettuce, onions and ff mayo
S~ 3 SF girl scout cookies
D~ 2 oz Pork tenderloin, 1/4 c. steamed cabbage and 1/4 c. pinto's
S~ Protein hot chocolate
*Cross your fingers that nothing else goes in my mouth after that. Last night, I did good. All I had was a SF popsicle!
