What did you eat on Sunday?
Hey...I ate too much today! Not really a whole lot, just way too many carbs...I guess I have the mindset I'm Plateau Bustering starting tomorrow.
B: 1/2 sausage/cheese biscuit (made at home)
S: protein coffee
L: 6 tortilla chips and sauce, Beef fajita salad & a little of the FRIED tortilla shell
S: 1/3 c trail mix & 2 Hershey Kisses
D: Baby back ribs and sweet potato
vitamins: done
liquid: 80 oz. so far, more to go
protein: 70+ grams
exercise: arm wt. workout, rode bike, and 100 sit ups

Hey Karla. I barely ate today since I woke up late and then I went back to sleep a little while later. I'm at work right now, and it looks like it's gonna be a slow night! I hope I don't start eating to make the night go by faster...like that's a remedy to make nights go by fast. Here's my menu:
Brunch- 1 scrambled egg w/cheese, 3 slices bacon, 1 slice cinnamon toast
S- iced coffee w/protein
S- 4 RF Ritz, few pear chunks, some cashew pieces
D- bean and cheese quesadilla
S- I have yogurt and some RF packed in my bag
Exercise: I danced at the club last night
Vitamins: done
Fluids: 42 oz. so far....I'm gettin hungry, so I need to fill up on fluid!

Hey Karla and April
I had a pretty good day today. After church, I cooked dinner, unpacked a couple boxes and just relaxed the rest of the day.
I had a such a better eating day than I had yesterday! I just hope I don't get the munchies later on tonight.
Here's what I ate..
B~ Protein hot chocolate
L~ Turkey pepperoni & 1 string cheese
D~ 2 oz pork tenderloin, 1/4 c. pinto beans, 1/4 c. steamed cabbage and tiny peice of corn bread
S~ Protein hot chocolate
Protein: 94
Vitamins: done
Exercise: um, nope.
Fluids: 78 oz
