Monday Morning Weigh-In
Good morning everyone! This week looks a tiny bit better than last week. I'm starting a strict protein regime this week to de-carb myself. I would like to lose 10 lbs. or so more. I'm not going to do it by eating carbs here and there. I can do that once it's all off. I'll see if the plateau buster diet will take a few more lbs. off or not!
On to the weigh in:
surgery wt: 337
last week's wt: 181.2
this week's wt: 180.8
wt. lost this week: .4 lbs. (guess that's better than a gain)
total weight lost: 156.2 lbs.

I am amazingly embarrassed about this Karla... but I am soooo back on track today! Since vegas, I've gained EIGHT pounds! POOR eating habits, crappy water intake and no vitamins. I think that also has had a toll on my brain- I was in a huge slump and finally took back control. Today was alot better than any day since Vegas.
So....... here's to getting back on track and not seeing 220 on the scale anymore!
