Whatcha eatin Saturday?
Hey everyone. I figured I'd post early. It's 3 p.m. here and I'm gonna be busy for the rest of the day. I slept all day yesterday! That's why I didn't get a chance to post the menu yesterday. It felt soooo good too. I had a busy week! Here's my menu:
B- 1 eggs scrambled w/RF cheese, 2 slices bacon, 1 slice cinnamon toast w/lite butter
L- 3 oz. chicken, salad, some baked potato
S- I'll throw in a shake....lunch was very late today
D- don't know yet....going to a friend's for dinner
Exercise: 45 mins at gym
Vitamins:none yet...need to get on that!
Fluids: 26 oz. so far...i need to get on that one too

Hi April...
Don't want you to think we are ignoring you...Today is my oldest daughter's birthday...She is 19...
I am so sad, I do not understand where the time has gone. I thought I was only 19 yesterday.
Anyway I plan on being bad today...
I have not really eaten at all and it is 5:15 pm.
I have been busy getting ready for a party but I did have:
2 protein coffees 64 oz total
1 small bite size heath bar
I plan on eating
pizza
bbq wings
death by chocolate made with low fat brownies, low fat cool whip and sf pudding yum
I am not telling anyone though
no exercise except house work and party prep...
no vitamins and lots of liquid...maybe alcohol!

April, I was hoping that nobody posted this today. I have ate very poor today. I don't know why I get out of control on Saturdays. I've grazed like a cow all day!!! Did yall know that there is a sugar free girl scout cookie this year. I was better off not knowing this but as I left walmart, I seen the box on the table. Why did I buy them, I don't know. They are so good. When stephanie went to work tonight, I made her take the box with her. I hope she don't bring them back!
Here it is
B~ Carb/Sugar control Yogart w/ 2 tbsp. of granola
S~ protein hot chocolate
S~ 2 tbsp. of peanut butter
S~ 1 tbsp. of sf cool whip
L~ 2 slices of roast beef and one slice of cheese rolled up w/ mustard
S~ 4 cheese cubes
S~ 3 SF cookies
D~A little more than 1/2 C. of ....
Tuna helper !! I make this or hamburger helper for Steph. often on Saturdays and don't even think twice about eating it but today, I did. Why?!
S~ 2 SF cookies
Can ya tell it's that time of the month?? I'll do better tomorrow!

Girl, you did fine! We all have those "off" days. I think if we didn't have them, we'd be abnormal. I have my "off" day probably every week! I just get back to normal the next day, and it always works. We have to treat ourselves once in a while or we'd be depriving ourselves. We didn't have this surgery to deprive ourselves, girl!

Kay...I'm here with you today. I munched all day and ate too much of things I shouldn't have.
Sample:
protein coffee, probably in all a cup of trail mix...2 SF lemon cookies...1/2 WW English muffin w/ tuna and cheese (broiled)...shrimp/crab bisque w/ a little rice...too much of that...
It's that time for me too...weight shows it too. Maybe it will get better this week. Monday...Plateau Buster's for me to get me on track. I'd love to take off 10-15 more lbs.; don't really have to, but would like to.
