It's after 7:30 and I don't see this posted so I'm steppin in. April must be at work, napping or getting her weekend started.
Nothing too excited going on in my neck of the woods. Just unpacking!
Ok, on to food..
B~ Carb/Sugar control yogart with a sprinkle of granola
S~ Protein shake
L~ Turkey patty w/ cheese & few cucumber slices w/ lite ranch
S~ Beef jerky
D~ Baked lemon pepper chicken thigh & 1/4 c. broccoli and cheese
S~ Protein hot chocolate
Protein: 122
Vitamins: I totally forgot.. gonna do that now!
Fluids: 52 oz so far
Exercise: doing stuff around the house

B: Milk shake with fruit and protein
S: Um... None
L: Fish fillet stuffed with shrimps, cheese and cheese, boiled vegetables, and a little bit of rice...
S: Um... None
D: I was hungry!!! Corn bread, Pork with Potatos
S: None...
I walked a lot today and I have had 2 lt of water so far... I don't know how many oz is that... lol

I was sick last night and stayed home from my son's baseball game. I ate so much yesterday that I shouldn't have...justified it by saying I felt bad. Got to get more on track today. Monday I'll start Plateau Buster's again and see if that will de-carb me. I ate 2 cookies, popcorn, and way too much trail mix. I'll eat better today (Saturday).

Glad to hear your move went smooth. I am possting late with my menu from yesterday but I am proud to say I went two full days with eating good choices!

S~sf cookies (a couple)
D~1 cheese burger with half of the roll....
S~protein coffee again and a couple more shrimp and one piece of chicken...
I went to bed cause I was hungry....
No exercise....except house work
No vitamins..
