Whatcha eatin on Thursday?
Hi all! Hope everyone is still trying to stay warm. I'm sitting here at work, and just wanted to post really quick. Join in everyone! Here's what I had:
12 a.m.- 3 meatballs, some chicken florentine soup...ate mostly the spinach out of it
3:30 a.m.- 1/2 Haagen Daz Brownie Bar...sin is so good! About a handful of popcorn also
6:30 a.m.- other 1/2 of brownie bar, sm. piece of banana bread
9 a.m.- was hungry b4 bed so I had sm. amt of egg, cheese and bacon from the top of a croissant, bite of biscuit
3 p.m.- Special K cereal w/ some milk
7 p.m.- jerk chicken breast, spring veggie mix, few forkfuls of rice

Hello April. I am getting ready to crawl into bed for the night and read. I had a long day and tomorrow is going to be even longer.
B~ 4oz Protein yogurt with two tbs of weigh****chers flakes and fiber cereal in it.
L~4oz crab-4oz cottage cheese-two whole wheat ritz crackers
D~4oz egg beaters-4oz boiled shrimp-1oz mozz cheese.
I have allowed for another 4oz Protein yogurt and cereal for snack. That gives me 124 grams of protein for the day.

It's almost 8:00 p.m. and we just came in from our baseball game. I've been sitting out in the cold (36 degrees) from 4:30 - 7:30. I'm freezing to death. Tomorrow night is another game out of town. I had meetings all day. Overall, really great fun day!
On the menu:
B: 1/2 WW English muffin w/ LF cream cheese and ham
S: protein coffee
L: 1/4 c beans, 1 Tbsp. beef, 1Tbsp. LF cheese, and 2 small tamales
S: Trail Mix & protein coffee
D: tomato soup and a few crackers
vitamins: done
liquid: 112 oz.
protein: 90 grams
exercise: 20 minutes on bike, arm wt. workout, 100 sit ups

D~ Italian turkey sausage link & small salad
S~ 1 tbsp. of peanut butter
