Todays best and worst.
Okay it is time to take our for the best and fuss up for the worst of our diets today.
My best is: OMG, I have been so good today it is scarey. It also makes it hard to chose what is the best. OH, oh, I know I know, the crab and cottage cheese I had for lunch.
The worst?????? Probably the pizza combos (you know the cracker thingys) that I will more than likely eat while I am reading before bed.

Best so far was breakfast I had lowfat cottage and a banana.
For lunch I was really cold so I had a whole box of Select Cream of Mushroom soup. It's not too bad only 200 calories for the whole thing, but...OK here is the worst....I added 10 crackers to it. Carb Overdose But I did enjoy it.
Haven't had dinner yet so who knows
Best: Chocolate/mocha-chinno protein shake
Worst: Popcorn
I'm with Ronna - it is miserably cold here and I really just wanted some soup/crackers - but they don't agree with me so instead I had a small grilled pork chop.
I got a new outfit today from QVC.........it's a SMALL......and it is TOO BIG........there has to be something really weird going on with sizes these days.........there is NO way I can weigh 137 pounds and wear an extra small........
