Where is Elsa

what happened to Elsa have not seen her on the board. dave

I'm around. more round than I hoped I hoped to be a year after surgery but what do you do? I work on computers so on my days off i'm too lazy to get online. only pop into myspace once a week or so. but i'm doing good. sticking at 150 - 155 pounds. I would like to loose another 20 pounds but I guess that would take more dedication than i seem to have at this point. I'm still slowely loosing, but only lost 15 pounds since july or so. but I guess its meant to slow down. I'll be around
