I had several meetings today and got a lot of other work done. Still coughing, congested, and my voice is all cracked up. I don't have a lot of energy. On the menu: B: grits w/ LF cheese and protein powder S: protein coffee L: Brisket and pinto beans S: SF Russell stover's protein bar and trail mix S: popcorn D: Low carb tortilla w/ beef fajita meat and guacamole S: protein coffee vitamins: done liquid: 88 oz. so far, at least 16 more to go protein: 90 grams exercise: didn't feel up to it Karla 337/181/165

Hi Karla, Not much going on here today. Did a little running around before the snow storm came. B~ nothing L~ one egg, 4 slices of bacon and one piece of french toast w/butter and syrup. S~handful of almonds S~some tostios and salsa D~ don't know yet Vitamins-done liquid: about 60 oz so far Protein: I don't know..only what's in what I ate. exercise: none today Anna 245/144/13?

Thanks for posting Karla! I had to leave early for work because of this nasty, icy weather. I slept all day after getting off work...that was the highlight of my day! Here's what I had: 12 a.m.- 2 oz. baked chicken, some stuffing, some collard greens 5 a.m.- protein hot choc. 8 a.m.- 1 oz. RF cheese, light n fit smoothie on the ride home woke up around 2 p.m. and was hungry so I had some cashews and a few crackers w/RF cheese 7 p.m.- 2 oz.taco meat, 1/2 c. black beans w/RF cheese and sour cream on top, 1 WW/LC tortilla, 1/2 banana If I get hungry, I'll have some cottage cheese and strawberries Vitamins: done fluids: 52 oz. so far... April

Oh this stinks I had it all typed up and then it froze.... I had a good eating day and all you people made me happy by making this board Hop today. Thank you. It is snowing here very heavy and we probably will not have school tomorrow....Great for the kids but not for me... I hope I still have bingo tomorrow though. I would hate to miss that. Here is my menu.... B~ protein coffee S~2 scambled eggs and cheese and 1/4 slice of bread...More protein. L~cottage cheese and 2 slices of turkey....More protein S~3 sf peanut butter wafer cookies and more protein coffee.. D~1 meatball, small amount of spaghetti, 1 bite of bread and a delish salad... Then had the foamies and just a little.... S~peaches No exercise today Water 96 oz other fluids 64 oz vitamins are done.... Love ya, Chris

B: 1 cup of Special K with berries with 4 oz. of non fat milk S: handful of almonds S: 1 cup of Special K with berries with 4 oz of nonfat milk L: 1 piece of whole wheat bread with 1 slice of cheddar cheese grilled D: Oven Poppers Sole stuffed fish with shrimp and lobster newburg only 200 calories and yummy 21 grams of protein and 6 grms carbs S: Protein bar Vitamins: on track Liquid: I have been bad 8 oz milk, 8 oz. glass of blackberry wine with dinner, 8 oz of water Protein: 70 grams Exercise: Walked a mile at work today 312/194/170
