One year check.

I had my one year check today. I took my before pic and my one year pic. Doc said he didn't know the before lady anymore. Asked if I had problems with people recognizing me. Told me that I was a success story. He doesn't need to see me until next year unless I have problems. The nut gave me my diet list for the rest of my life and I am telling you, there is no way I can eat what they think I should bee eating. But he told me to take my vits and calcium and make sure I get my protein and fluids and if I'm not hungry don't force myself to eat. Hey Hey I am a success story. Hazel
