Whatcha eatin on Monday?
Hi all! i'm posting early once again...gotta be to work tonight at 7 p.m. Hope everyone's week is starting off good. Today, me and Marcus' mom, sister, and niece and nephew went to his grave to put some Valentine's stuff on it. It looked so nice! And the kids made a little tree with all these little cards on it...it was so cute. Anyhoo, here's what's on my menu for today:
B- 1 scrambled egg w/cheese, 2 slices bacon, 1 slice cinnamon toast w/lite butter
S- strawberry protein shake
L- taco salad with: 2 oz. taco meat, 1/4 c. black beans, 1 crushed taco shell, lettuce, FF sour cream, taco sauce, 1/2 oz. RF cheese....so good!!!
D- I'll be having some taco meat w/ cheese and black beans
S- not sure yet...maybe just a Carnation NSA shake....we'll see
Exercise: taking a break this whole week!
Vitamins: I'll take em before I go to work
Fluids: 48 oz. so far....

Hey April...hope everything is going okay for you...I know Valentine's will be tough. Hang in there. Today was fairly quiet and went by pretty quickly.
On the menu:
B: crustless sausage/cheese quiche
S: protein coffee
L: brisket and pinto beans w/ a little cheese, nuts, Russell Stover's protein bar a little later (had munchies)
S: a little trail mix
D: tomato soup (don't feel that great...have a lot of drainage) May put a few crackers in it
vitamins: done
liquids: 88 oz. so far, more to go
protein: 85+ grams
exercise: none...don't feel good
