Whatcha eating on Sunday?

I have been so busy Thursday evening through Saturday that I didn't even have time to post in the afternoons or evenings about what I've been eating. Today was much calmer, hanging around the house in my pajamas all day long. My son never got out of his either. My husband always thinks we're nuts. He would have to be deathly ill to do that. He gets dressed as soon as he gets up. He is never barefoot. He's a little odd sometimes! On the menu: B: 3/4 piece WW toast, slice of cheese, and sausage patty S: protein coffee L: 1 c split peas and SF eskimo pie (What a combination, actually spread out, tho) D: Fajita taco w/ beef, sauteed potatoes, onion, cilantro, and guacamole in low carb tortilla (ate at 4:15 pm since my husband had to leave) S: 2 fistfuls of caramel popcorn S: Low fat ranch dip w/ FF pretzels S: protein coffee or hot chocolate vitamins: done liquids: 104 oz. protein: 95 grams or so exercise: 30 minutes on bike, 100 sit ups, arm wt. workout Karla 337/179/150

Hi Karla I'm happy you had a nice relaxing day! I love the days where I stay in my pj's all day and do nothing! We are moving tomorrow so I have had a busy day of packing and cleaning. Here's what I had today.. B~ 1 HB egg & Carb/sugar control yogart L~ 2 slices of roast beef, 1 slice of cheese and a dab of mustard rolled up S~ Carb/sugar control yogart and 2 peices of beef jerky D~ Steak, 1/3 of a baked potato, 4 grilled shimp and 1/2 a small salad S~ Protein hot chocolate Protein: 102 Vitamins: on track Fluids: only 32 oz far Exercise: 2 mile walk G'Night, Kay

Hi Kay and Karla. Today was a blah day for some reason. I just wanted to lay in bed all day and be lazy. But it was my dad and nephew's birthday, so we were celebrating and I came out of hiding! Here's what I had today: Brunch: 1 banana waffle, 2 lite sausage links S: 1 oz. turkey jerky, some cashews D: 3 oz. baked chicken...my mom made it and it was sooooooo good! I also had some collard greens and some stuffing S: cake and ice cream...I can tolerate sugar...it's okay as long as I don't make it a regular thing. I was never a cake/cookie/pie person anyhoo S: I had some more chicken when we got back to my parents house! Exercise: none and I'm missing it! Vitamins: none today Fluids: well under the quote...gonna have to drown myself tomorrow April
