Hey everyone. I would say TGIF, but it's just another day for me because I gotta work tonight! When you have a 24/7 job, weekends and holidays just don't matter! I actually have a couple minutes to post, so here it is! Whatcha eatin on Friday?!
12 a.m.- baked buffalo bites, salad w/ lite french
3:30 a.m.- 1/2 c. cottage cheese, 1/2 c. sliced strawberries
6:30 a.m.- Pure Protein bar
5 p.m.- 3 oz. steak, 1/4 c. asparagus tips
Snack tonight- I think I'll have some cheese w/ crackers
Vitamins: none yet!
Fluids: I need more!

Good Afternoon April! Today is a much much much better day that yesterday... Here are my totals so far:
B- 1 chicken strip from KFC (not that wonderful)
S- Shake: 4 oz milk, 1 sc banana powder, 1 sc vanilla powder (tasty)
L- 3 oz Albacore Tuna: 2 slices pickle (those itty bitty Bread and Butter ones), cheese
S- Stallone Pudding
D- Tuna
S- If I need it, I'll have a shake made with water (the banana isn't bad by itself!)
Calories: 709
Protein: 101
Carbs: 28
Fat: 21
Liquid: 8 oz NSA Hot Chocolate, 84 oz Water with Replenish added, 12 oz Water
Vitamins: Check
Exercise: 1 Mile with Leslie & Weights, 5 Hours @ Jack, 3 Hours @ Shelter

It's late but I'm here to share. Today I did some packing til about 5:00 then hung out with my friends all day. We had a good day.
Here's what ..
LNS~ I didn't do as bad as last night.. 4 cheese cubes and 1 SF popsicle
B~ 1/4 c. eggbeaters & 1 1/2 peices of canadian bacon
S~ Carb/sugar control yogart
L~ Ground turkey pattie w/ cheese and 1/4 c. spicy chili beans
S~ small handful of hot peanuts and 2 cheese cubes
D~ Baked chicken thigh topped with mozz. cheese
Vitamins: all done except calcium, i'm out.
Fluids: 66 oz
Exercise: 1.5 mile walk, shopping and packing
