Good evening ladies April must be napping or working so I'm stepping in since it's after 6. I'm taking a quick break from paperwork and returning calls to customers. Nothing too exciting going on in my neck of the woods today. Ok, on to food.. LNS~ I did some snacking last night so I'm telling on myself.. 1/2 protein bar, SF popsicle AND SF jello topped with 1 tbsp. of SF cool whip B~ Protein shake... The best shake I've ever had. Cantalope by ISO fruit S~ Carb/Sugar control yogart L~ "Ghetto Pizza" is what steph. called it Low carb wheat wrap topped with NSA ragu, cheese, turkey pepperoni, FF canadian bacon and bell peppers.. baked til crisp! YUM-O!! Ate 3/4 of it. S~ 6 Hot pork rinds D~ Baked chicken thigh & 1/4 C. steamed broccoli S~ Protein hot chocolate Protein: 110 Vitamins: on track Fluids: 56 oz so far.. Exercise: 1.5 mile walk Have a nice evening, Kay

Hi Kay.....I am ready to confess my meals for today.... B~Protein coffee 32oz (40gr protein) S~plain coffee...it is still very cold here..... L~shrimp fettacini...I only ate the shrimp...and 1 and 1/2 garlic bread stick from Olive Garden....Yum S~32 oz Protein coffee...still cold (40gr protein) D~2 slices chicken breast, one slice of cheese, refried bean dip and some tortilla's....(High protein amount unknown) S~grapes, 1/2 banana, peanut butter and 1/2 teaspoon chocolate syrup....to dip on the banana....Need flavor. Protein 80 gr plus more (uncalculated amount) Vitamins....done fluids: 80oz Water: 72 oz No exercise...cramping inner thigh today.... I hope I can handle the evening hunger monster..... Thanks, Kay! Yeah, I was rushing off to work as usual....didn't have time. I got stuck in traffic this morning 2 miles from my house! it took over 30 mins. for me to get home when it should only take 5! Mind you, I work 1 hr. from home, so I was very, very, very tired to say in the least. Here's what I had: 12 a.m.- 1/2 ham n cheese sandwich on wheat roll, cucumbers marinated in balsamic vinagrette, some tortilla chips w/fresh salsa 3 a.m.- other half ham n cheese w/tortillas n fresh salsa 6:30 a.m.- light n fit yogurt, 1 oz. RF cheese 5 p.m.- 3/4 c. Special K cereal w/ 6 oz. 2% CC milk, sliced banana Snack tonight- 1 graham cracker, rest of banana, light n fit yogurt Vitamins: done Fluids: 74 oz. so far..... April

Ugh I was doing sooo good and then idle time popped up and my schedule changed! B- Stallone Pudding (20) S- Banana Protein Drink (20) L- Tuna, chicken patty and 2 curly fries (20) S- Tuna (20) D- Small Slice of Lasagna at shelter (?) In between there I had one double fudge cake from Jack (TOTALLY know what triggered that now) and 6 cookies from Mcdonalds! ACK! Protein: Minimum of 80 grams Vitamins: Check! Fluids: 20 w/shake, 84 with On the Go added, 12 plain = 116 Exercise: 1 Mile with Leslie, 8 Hours @ Jack, 2 Hours walking around stores, 3 hours @ Shelter I'm pooped!

Don't have much time this morning. Have to go get ready. Didn't get to post last night. I ate like I should have and exercise yesterday, but... I did eat a cookie yesterday afternoon and had 2 Russell Stover SF protein bars during the course of the day due to meetings and a funeral home visitation and waiting for a while on my son at baseball practice last night! Oh well, other than that it was fine. Karla
