Whatcha eatin on Wednesday!
Hey everybody! I'm posting early today because I have to be to work tonight, so I'll be taking it down soon for a nap. I woke up at 5 this morning to make it to my BodyCombat class and......it was snowing! I had already gotten dressed and walked outside, so I decided to keep it moving! I got about 1/4 mile from my house and turned around! It was sooooo slippery and I still had to drive into downtown Wilmington, mind you I live in the Newark suburbs! I got back into my warm bed and ended up sleeping until 10 this morning! Other than that...nada. Here's what's on my menu:
B- scrambled egg w/LF cheese, 3 slices bacon, 1/2 Weigh****chers bagel w/lite butter
S- Luna Bar
L- 1/2 oz. RF cheese, light n fit yogurt, 3 RF Ritz, a small pc. of chicken leftover from dinner last night
D- I think I'll have baked buffalo bites, some salad
S- I packed toasted turkey pepperoni, a string cheese
Exercise: nada
Vitamins: I'll take em before work
Fluids: not enough....I'll try to catch up by the end of the night

Hey Apri. Boy, what different weather we're having here in East Texas. It was sunny and 77 here today! My husband got home a little after 5:00 today. Glad to have him home. He is very supportive of me. I showed him some after plastic surgery pics today w/ drains coming out and he didn't get too grossed out, so maybe he'll be able to handle my drains after PS this June. He usually passes out!
What was on my menu:
B: crustless sausage/cheese quiche
S: protein coffee
L: a few nuts, 2 oz. roast beef, 3/4 c split pea soup
D: 2 oz. steak, 3/4 c pinto beans
S: SF popsicle and cottage cheese w/ true lime & splenda
vitamins: done
liquids: 96 oz
protein: 95 grams
exercise: several trips down school halls today and 15 minutes on bike this morning

Hey April and Karla
The weather was so nice today.. 64 degrees. I was enjoying it while it last because Tuesday they are calling for snow. I finally let go of my big clothes today. It was so sad. Now my closet it empty. I dropped off bags of stuff at goodwill then came home to catch up on some work.
Ok, on to food..
B~ Carb/sugar control yogart w/ 2 Tbsp. of granola mixed in
S~ Few peices of beef jerky
L~ Roast beef, cheese, lettuce, red onion and FF mayo in a low carb wheat wrap
S~ Protein hot chocolate
D~ Baked fish, few broiled shrimp and small salad
S~ Protein shake
Protein: 105
Fluids: 44 oz so far..
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: 1.5 mile walk
