Hey everyone. Once again, I hope everyone is trying to stay warm. I should've been in the house all day today, but no....I just had to go to the gym. Not once, but twice!!! What's wrong with me?! I almost froze when I came outta there. The wind is a killer. Here's what I had on this beyond freezing day: B- Cinnamon protein cereal from Target....it's sooooo good! S- vanilla protein shake L- 2 oz. beef in gravy, salad w/lite french, 2 bites potatoes S- some FF Lay's....I needed some carbs after my workout D- I'll be making some parmesan chicken and probably have a salad Exercise: 45 mins Intense STEP, 1 hr with trainer Vitamins: need calcium and B12 Fluids: 60 oz. so far....i need some tea to keep me warm! April

Hey April. I love the new title....Kinda catchy. I did pretty good so far with just a slight variation... Coffee protein for breakfast... egg and cheese omlet....Not the whole thing but about 3/4's 1 spoon of chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream.... I told her not to bring it to me.. cashews Shrimp protein coffee 72 oz of water. 64 oz other fluids exercise 5 miles on the exercise bike.... vitamins in... the remainder of the night... trying to make good choices.... ~~hugs and well wishes~~ Chris

Hey chick I love the title Really cute! So tell more about the new cereal you found. It sounds good. I haven't had cereal in a while. You are so good about working out! Can you send me some of that motivation. Maybe I need a trainer to make me work out! Anyway, I had a busy day. We are moving Monday so I spent my day cleaning, packing and doing laundry. It's cold here too but I did manage to walk a little bit. B~ 1/4 C. eggbeaters & 1 1/2 peices of canadian bacon L~ Italian Turkey sausage link w/ 1/4 c. spicy chili beans and cheese on top. S~ Protein hot chocolate D~ Chicken thigh baked in bell peppers, NSA Ragu and onions & 1/4 c. broccoli S~ Protein shake Protein: 99 Vitamins: on track Fluids: 60 oz so far.. Exercise: 1 mile walk.. I cut it short cause it's cold! Have a great evening, Kay

YOU'RE WHAT??? You can't move, then ebay will never get your gifts to you!!! Make sure I get your new address somehow, and hopefully the first one will come before Monday. Take care and have fun moving! pal

In a few days, I'll give my new address to Jersey mom. So, ask her for it. I'll have my mailbox key for a few days after Monday so I'll check the mail. I know my UPS man so I'll call him tomorrow and tell him if I get something after Monday, to call me and leave it there for me to pick it up. I also did a "change of address" form. When I was a kid, we used to feed our cat a cat food called Tender Vittles. I used to think the name was so funny! I don't even know if they still make it. The cereal is High Protein Cinnamon Cereal by Archer Farms (the target brand stuff). It's really good! My friend kinda turned me on to it. The nutrition info is: Calories: 190...i use it with my CC milk Fat: 1.5 g Carbs 30...14 from sugar but they use fruit sugars Protein 15 g This is in a 3/4 c. serving. The cals and sugars are a little out of the range that I usually eat, but for days that I have a strenuous workout, it's something I really need or I get dizzy spells. My dietician says it's most likely from low carbs. She actually told me that 3-4 servings of starches a day is what WLS pts. need at this point. Most days, I get 2-3...so I'm a little behind due to my exercise. That's OT, but the cereal is really really good! Also, the Special K cereal is good with banana slices...try it!

I had meetings all day today. Kind of tired tonight. My son didn't get done w/ baseball practice until after 6:30. On the menu: b: crustless sausage/cheese quiche s: protein coffee l: taco soup/nuts d: few bites steak, russell stover's SF protein bar, 1/3 c split pea soup s: SF popsicle, 1/3 c navy beans, then later cottage cheese w/ splenda and lime vitamins: done liquids: 97 oz. protein: 90 grams exercise: 20 minutes on bike, 100 sit ups, arm wt. workout Karla 337/179/165
