I need a kick in the A$$
So I think you all know me well enough to know that I am an emmotional eater. Well, since my phone call from the dr last week, I am absolutely out of control. I do not know how to get it together. Being pregnant I can eat ALOT and ANYTHING! Here is my menu for today.
protein coffee - started good huh?
rasin toast w/ butter
5" sub - homemade, 3 lunchmeats, provolone cheese, mayo, peppers, tomato, lettuce
3 pieces of licorice
8 oz milk
1/2 c sherbert
popcorn with butter
water
tootsie rolls
cooking dinner now - pork, pasta and green beans
this is like a pre wls day of emmotional eating. ok I got it out, put it down on paper, maybe this will help me do better tomorrow
Hey Jen, you have reason to be emotional and eat. If posting what you eat helps...go for it. When will you get more info from the dr? I hope your news is good. You'll be a great mom to that precious baby regardless. Hang in there...look at your "before" pics every time you want to eat something you shouldn't...maybe that will help.

Hey Jen it is so understandable your emotional eating! You are going through something most of us have never dealt with but can understand your pain and frustration. Give yourself a break! I don't think you are eating more than the rest of us!I HOPE YOU HEAR SOAMETHING SOON! YOu are in my thoughts!
