Hey everyone. It's superbowl Sunday, so I'm sure everyone is at their parties. I woke up laaaate this morning, so late it wasn't even morning anymore! I guess I was just tired. I'm no****ching the actual superbowl...just waiting for Prince to come on during halftime! Here's what I had today: B- nada L- leftover from dinner....1/2 turkey burger, few french fries, some green bean fries D- chicken thigh, some baked potato, 1/4 c. steamed broccoli S- I'll have something later...not sure what yet Exercise: 1 hr. at gym Vitamins: none! I have to take em when I get home Fluids: 48 oz. so far.... April

Hi April, I decided to post to you and say hello! Hope your doing well! I am not eating well today, because of the superbowl we are just having a junk night so I won't temp anyone with the food list but I wanted to say hi! Today we went to see Catch and release with Jennifer Gardner, It was good but a typical chic flick! ~~hugs and well wishes~~ Chris

Hey Chris! Awww....share! I took a "day off" yesterday and ate WHATEVER I wanted, and didn't feel bad about it. I just went back to "normal" today. Have a great time with your junk and the superbowl! April

Hey April Happy Superbowl After the eating day I had yesterday, I refused to eat junk today. I'm not into footbal but some friends did come over to watch the game. All the non football fans decided to go to Walmart to shop around for the first hour of the game. They decided to go to Bojangles to get chicken, rice, biscuits, potato's and all the other fixings so I had a chance to get something more healthy for me. The chips & dip are staring me in my face but I'm not giving in! Ok enough of me yappin.. My menu.. B~ Protein hot chocolate L~ 1/2 C. turkey soup S~ Power crunch bar D~ Grilled buffalo bites w/ 1 tbsp. lite ranch & Pinto beans from bojangles S~ Protein hot chocolate Protein: 115 Fluids: 52 oz so far.. Exercise: shopping and cleaning up Vitamins: on track Have a nice evening, Kay
