Okay...had to work the concession stand from 4-9 yesterday after work and didn't post what I ate. I've been busy cleaning house and cooking and doing laundry today. Come clean w/ what you ate. I haven't had the best eating day...but hasn't been totally bad. I'm sure I'll weight a little more Monday than last week. It's one of those weeks. Monday I'm going back to basics for a week or so to take off a few more pounds. On the menu: B: Breakfast taco guts (sausage, egg, cheese, onions, peppers, potato s: 2 SF cookies L: soy chips and cheese dip and guacamole S: protein coffee D: 2/3 low carb chicken enchilada and 1 snickerdoodle cookie S: protein something vitamins: done liquid: 88 oz. so far, more to go protein: 90 or so exercise: 2 mile walk in park this morning Karla 337/178/150

Hey Karla I had a pretty good day. Steph's grandfather turned 90 today so I went to his birthday party then we did a little shopping for a couple hours. It started getting cold so we came home and been just laying around watching tv. I didn't do the best eating today either. My lunch was fattning and full of carbs but it was good! LOL The bad thing is that tomorrow's superbowl with MORE food. I'm gonna TRY really hard to be good! I don't even wanna step on the scale Monday! My menu.. I'm a little ashamed but I'm being accountable! B~ Protein shake L~ Chicken thigh cooked in gravy, few bites of rice, about 1/4 c. sweet potato,1/2 wheat roll S~half a peice of birthday cake (didn't eat the icing) D~ 1 C. turkey soup (turkey breast, carrots, onion, celery and bow tie pasta) S~ 1 Tbsp. of peanut butter S~ Protein hot chocolate Carb City!! Vitamins: on track Exercise: shopping? Fluids: only 40 oz so far.. G'Night, Kay

Hey Kay and Karla. I've just been so tired today! I got off work this morning and just never got a good rest in. Today, I'm chalking it up as my "day off"...i've been eating all kinds of junk. It's whatever because I've been doing good otherwise all week long and I even lost 6 lbs. in 3 days, so I'll just get back in gear tomorrow. Here's what I had: 12 a.m.- turkey burger, no bun, some pork n beans, 1/2 c. peaches 3:30 a.m.- light n fit yogurt, 1 oz. RF cheese, 4 saltines I know I had some more saltines thrown in there, and maybe even 2 graham crackers 8 a.m.- PowerCrunch bar Then the munchies began! Here's what I had between the hours of 9 a.m.-5 p.m....: goldfish..sure i had a serving, cashews...probably 2 friggin servings, 2 slices sweet potato bread, pc. of sweet potato cookie, light n fit yogurt w/100 cal Sun Chips....I was just sooooo greedy during these hours!!! I think it was because I was trying to stay up for awhile, and that's what I do when I'm trying to stay awake.....friggin eat! So I went to sleep for a bit then went out to dinner to TGI Fridays in which I had a 3 course meal...pure greed! This is what I had at Fridays: Mojito...so good and got really drunk too Green Bean Fries(yummmm) and a bite of fried mac n cheese 1/2 turkey burger w/cheese and bacon on a WW bun few bites of Oreo cake for dessert The gluttony! But I'll get back on track tomorrow...have a great night! April

Had all of Frostina's kids here today and my youngest daughter and her family. So it was kind of hectic. B~protein yogurt S~an apple L~two bites of chicken fried steak S~protein yogurt D~chili with protein added. Hazel 257/155.5/150
