Whatcha eatin Friday?
I'm suspecting that many won't post because TGIF! I'm gonna be quick because I gotta go to work. Here's what I had:
12 a.m.- 3 oz. lemon herb chicken w/salad
4 a.m.- 1/2 c. cottage cheese, sliced strawberries
6:30 a.m.- light n fit yogurt
had some snacks in the middle of the day
Dinner: turkey burger on a roll, some pork n beans
Snack- I'll have a protein cookie
Exercise: none
Vitamins: need calcium and B12
Fluids: 54 oz. so far....

Hey April Yes it's TGIF but I'm sharing what I ate. I had a wisdom tooth pulled today so I really haven't ate or drank much. This is the first time I've had a tooth pulled and hope it's the last. After he did it, I got up and went straight to the floor. I was so close to blacking out. They said my blood pressure dropped
My menu..
B~ Protein shake
L~ 1/4 C. cream of broccoli soup
D~ 1/2 c. cream of broccoli soup
S~ Sipping on a protein shake now
Vitamins: all except calcium
Exercise: none
Fluids: only 20 oz so far
