Hey all. I'm posting early because I gotta work later. I've had a lazy day...I almost had to pry my eyes open this morning! Here's what's on my menu: B- 3 slices bacon, scrambled egg w/cheese, 1/2 bagel L- pizza turkey burger w/salad S- pc. of sweet potato cookie, some cashews D- chicken quarter, some green beans S- I'll have a light n fit yogurt, some cheese at work tonight Exercise: noooonnne Vitamins: need calcium Fluids: definately not enough! Hey April I hope you have a good night at work! We got snow this morning and it was so pretty. Then it rained so it froze and now it's a mess outside. We stayed home all day just hanging out being lazy! My menu.. B~ 1/4 c. eggbeaters & carb/sugar control yogart L~ Salad (canadian bacon, turkey pepperoni, cheese, red onion and lite italian dress.) S~ Protein shake & SF popsicle D~ Baked chicken thigh & 1/4 c. steamed broccoli S~ Protein hot chocolate Protein: 92 Vitamins: on track Fluids: 48 oz so far.. Exercise.. 1 mile walk in the cold & Walk away the lbs. DVD Have a nice evening, Kay

Hey all you ONEDERLAND girls that have posted already tonight! It's been a long day. I'm pooped. I went to work at 7:00 am, worked until 4:15 pm, went to CVS and HEB, came home, unloaded groceries, put them up, fed one dog, let the other one out, got the mail and drove Ben's truck to the baseball park and then walked home. I cooked 2 T-bones on the grill, made some guacamole and him a baked potato. I'm going to shower and eat and watch Ugly Betty and Grey's Anatomy and go to bed. Tomorrow I have to work in the dang basketball concession stand again until late. Me and my big volunteering mouth! On the menu: B: crustless sausage/egg quiche S: protein coffee L: cheeseburger chowder S: handful of nuts and Russell Stover SF protein bar D: 2 oz. steak and guacamole S: protein coffee vitamins: done liquids: 108 oz. protein: 90+ grams exercise: arm wt. workout, 100 sit ups, and walked 10 minutes Karla 337/178/150 Cookie dough Free for 1 day
