I eat between 800-1200, usually more towards 800. I am still losing, but slowly. I still have a way to go to goal though. Leeanne

A year and a half ago, who would have thought that we would be cosuming 800 - 1000 calories per day and living every day to its fullest? Not me...I was probably around 3500-4500 - who knows. I was too scared to try and figure it out! Have a great day! Rhonda 289/260/???

Hazel, Because of my heavy exercise schedule, I consume between 1700 - 2000 calories daily, getting in about 150 - 200 grams of protein. And I still lost 18 lbs in the last month! Your mileage may vary.... Be Well, A.J.

I'm still loosing. I want to loose 24 more lbs. My doc said I should be getting 1000 calories in a day but I average between 800 and 900 everyday. Kay

Hey Hazel. I probably get about 1000 cals each day, but I think I need to up it a bit! I work out quite a bit, and when I work out I work out pretty hard. I lost 6 lbs. in 4 days this week! I thought it was a glitch on the scale, but I weighed 4 different times. I go see my dietician on Monday, so I'm gonna ask her to see what she says. I'd like to lose about 5 more lbs., but if I don't....it's alright. The only time I maintain is when I'm not working out, but I love working out so we'll see.... April
