Hi all. Hope everyone is having an uneventful day! I have been pooped the past 2 days. I slept all day yesterday, woke up for 4 hrs., then went back to sleep until 10 this morning. I think I'm just catching up on sleep that I've missed the past few days. My day has been good. I went to the gym this morning and worked hard! Now I'm home and I've been cleaning house. My apartment was lookin like crap, and I can't stand it! So I'm almost at spic and span. Anyway....here's what I'm having today: B- scrambled egg w/cheese, 1 lite sausage link, 1/2 weigh****chers bagel w/lite cr. cheese S- cookies n cream protein shake L- turkey n cheese on 1 slice whole grain potato bread, 5 cucumber slices w/lite ranch drsg D- I'm making some chicken quarters and I'll have green beans too S- not sure yet...maybe a light n fit yogurt and some cheese Exercise: 40 mins. STEP interval class, ran 5 mins, worked w/trainer 1 hr. Vitamins: need B12 and calcium Fluids: 64 oz. so far..... April

I went to Houston to the dr. this morning in the rain. Lots of traffic. I came back to work by 12:30. I came on home after work to chill. I'll hit work hard tomorrow. On the menu: B: Protein coffee S: Russell Stover's SF protein bar & few nuts L: chili w/ a little cheese & 4 saltines S: few nuts and protein coffee D: 100 cal. pk. whole wheat crackers and chicken salad S: ?? vitamins: done liquids: 96 oz. so far protein: 90+ grams exercise: 20 minutes on bike this morning Karla 337/178/150

Hey April and Karla Today we went shopping for new bathroom and bedroom stuff. Everything in my house is dark and I want lighter colors when we move. I had no luck. Everything I seen had lots of flowers.. I don't like flowers. Other than that, I came home cleaned up a little and did some paperwork. My menu.. I did some unnecessary snacking and now my tummy hurts! Will I ever learn?? B~ 1/4 c. eggbeaters scrambled w/ ham S~ "Pure protein" protein bar while shopping L~ Last of the leftovers.. 1 bbq pork rib, 1/4 c. baked beans (made w/ splenda) and 2 bites of potato salad S~ 3 SF cookies S~ 5 FF pringles D~ Thin slice turkey and cheese rolled up w/ a dab of mustard & Carb/sugar control yogart S~ Protein shake Tomorrow I'll do better Protein: 88 Vitamins: on track Fluids: 46 oz so far Exercise: 1 mile walk w/ minne in the COLD G'Night, Kay

Good afternoon April! I have been home all day... I'm sick *cough cough* I caught something in Vegas and feel lots better than last night, but alas... still run down.... B- AchievOne Shake S- Tuna L- Tuna S- Banana Shake S- Almonds (maybe) D- either another shake or something mom makes S- maybe more almonds? Exercise: Nothing... just general walking around the house (from the kitchen to the pc room to the bathroom) Vitamins: Lacking today Fluids: 32 oz NSA Hot chocolate, 16 oz Hot Tea, 24 oz water... more to come Jaci

Hey everyone, Sorry I've been MIA a couple of days but we've (Kaden and I ) been a little under the weather. I am happy to say the 15 pounds I gained over Christmas is GONE!!! I'm back to my pre-Christmas weight (back at my doctors goal) Here is my menu for today: B--white of 2 boiled eggs & 1 slice of bacon L--1/2 chicken sand from Wendys D--1/2 grilled chick breast patty & 1 slice of tomato Exercise: 1 mile on treadmill Vitamins: Calcium Fluids: Floating(didn't count today) Thanks to all of you for your support to keep me motivated. I LOVE YOU ALL!!!!!!!!!!!

Just like to add for my snack tonight: Light n Fit Lemon Chiffon yogurt...I didn't like it before, but it was pretty good tonight! 1 oz. RF cheese, 6 RF Ritz crackers G'nite...gotta be up at 5 to go to this gym class! April
