1 year follow-up

I had my one year follow-up appointment with my surgeon today. He was EXTREMELY happy with my weight loss and said I am 'healthy' and 'normal'. He said my blood work was OUTSTANDING and I should just keep doing what I am doing. He said as long as I didn't go BELOW 120 pounds - I would be fine. I still can't believe what a difference a year makes...........
