Hiya Ladies I hope everyone is having a nice day! It's FREEZING here. I need some sunshine!! April or Karla must be out for the evening so I'm stepping in.
So, come share what you ate today.. the good, the bad and the ugly
My menu..
B~ 1/4 c. eggbeaters scrambled w/ ham
S~ Protein shake
L~ Ground turkey pattie & 1/4 c. baked beans (made w/ splenda )
S~ 4 cheese cubes and 5 grapes
D~ 1 bbq pork rib, 1/4 c. baked beans and 2 bites of potato salad
S~ Protein hot chocolate
Protein: 108
Vitamins: on track
Fluids: 48 oz so far..
Exercise: cleaning and packing

Kay, my girl. The shinning star of the day. It has been cold here all day and I feel the cold so much worse this year than I can ever remember. It was really weird, but at noon, one minute it was sunny and the next the snow was coming down so hard you couldn't even see across the boulevard. Then as fast as it started, it stopped and the sun was out again. Like I said, weird.
You did say the good, bad and the ugly. Most of the day was good, but one part was bad and ugly, but oh so good.
B~yogurt with protein.
L~one slice chopped ham and one slice of Am cheese
S~Cheese nips, way to many cheese nips, made myself sick on cheese nips.
S~V-8 juice
D~homemade chili with chopped onion and cheese
S~Yogurt or SF pudding with protein.

Exercise~going to do Sweatin to the Oldies with Richard Simmons later.
I drink a lot and I do mean a lot of coffee and I have always used creamer, a lot, in it. Today I finally (duh) checked the carb count in it. Not bad unless you are using a lot. So now I drink my coffee minis the creamer.

Hey girl that's weight starts with a "1"...just got in from a meeting and had dinner. It was a long day. My son didn't get done w/ baseball practice until almost 7:30. Tomorrow I start early again and will get in from the dr. around noon and go straight to work.
On the menu:
B: few pecans and Russell Stovers SF protein bar (had 1/2 piece of sausage & heated it too long in microwave...had to chunk it)
S: protein coffee
L: 1 c beef tortilla soup & few peanuts
S: protein coffee
D: Chicken Spectacular and SF popsicle
S: cottage cheese w/ true lime & splenda
vitamins: done
liquids 108 oz.
protein: 85 grams or so
exercise: 20 minutes on bike, 100 sit ups and arm wt. workout
